We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with the rooms being extremely clean and neat. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a wide choice of terraces, pools, and leisure areas to enjoy. The transportation provided to and from the airport, as well as to the various parks, was a convenient perk. The location of the hotel, although a bit hard to find at first, was well worth it as it offered a secluded beach and beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurants, especially the breakfast options, which had a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were extremely nice and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering refreshments and a small gift upon arrival. The facilities were of a high standard, with beautiful art pieces in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The restaurants exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of dishes with high quality, especially the outstanding traditional Mexican food. The best part was being able to easily get reservations at the exclusive Casa de los Artistas and enjoy the massive main restaurant, Mercado de San Juan, which, although overwhelming in size, delivered impressive high-quality food. Another great aspect was the hotel's location on the beach, allowing for easy access to stunning views and relaxing time by the pools, river, and beach. The hotel also provided transportation to all the parks, which was a major convenience.

We absolutely loved everything about our time here. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. The transportation provided made it convenient for us to explore the area and visit all the restaurants on the premises. We were delighted to find little surprises like handmade handicrafts and candies in our rooms. Moreover, the location of the hotel made it easy for us to access the amazing Xcaret park. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
