I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was fantastic, just a short stroll from all the main attractions, and it was conveniently near the city walls. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, speaking both English and German fluently. Each room was spotless and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options that left me completely satisfied.
