The hotel provided outstanding customer service. The staff was courteous and pleasant, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms. The panoramic view from the restaurant was just as amazing as the downtown buildings themselves. The location was also perfect, as it was close to TWC stadium and within walking distance of numerous restaurants.

The hotel was clean, with modern facilities and a great view from our front facing room. The location was just a little on the wrong side of the station, but transportation was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating, refunding our money without hesitation when we had to cut our trip short. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were top-notch with spacious and neat hallways, and an immaculate room with a nice-sized bathroom. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff, from valet to check-in to housekeeping, were beyond pleasant, always wearing a smile and eager to help. The included buffet breakfast was very nice, and the hotel's location was perfect for us, within walking distance of many popular attractions and our work location. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
