The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the cleanliness of the facilities was impressive. Breakfast selection was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely pool area which was well maintained.

We loved the hotel's central location, right off the Queen Street Mall. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout our stay. The breakfast at Lennons restaurant was delightful with a great variety.
