We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Christmas trees in the atrium were stunning and added a festive touch. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The staff was super friendly, accommodating our request for a late checkout. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfy bed and great amenities. The lobby was lovely, with a nice bar and plenty of TVs for sports viewing. The hotel was clean and had a range of facilities, including a gym and pool. the experience was excellent.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially liked having a refrigerator in our room. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful during check-in, and the concierge staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants on Main Street. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the tree-lined street from our room.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, right in the heart of everything. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with comfy beds and fluffy pillows. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the pool where I enjoyed soaking up the sun. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

I loved the spacious and comfortable room, it provided a relaxing stay. The delicious breakfast at the restaurant was the perfect way to kickstart my day. It was great that the hotel allows pets, adding to the convenience of staying in the heart of downtown. The customer service was exceptional - when I realized I had left my tote bag full of items in the room, the lady at lost and found was incredibly kind and even offered to FedEx it back to me. The southern hospitality at this hotel truly made my stay memorable.
