The hotel had a great location for our purpose, as it was conveniently connected to the conference center through skywalks. This made it easy for us to access the areas we needed to be for our business. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions, making it a prime location for walking around this city. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch customer service. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view for our anniversary, and when we had a maintenance issue, they were quick to resolve it and even offered us complimentary breakfast vouchers. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay.

We loved the hotel's central location in downtown and its direct connection to the convention center and the Circle Centre Mall. The convenience of having a food court in the mall was a bonus for quick snacks. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly front desk person who upgraded our room to the helpful and accommodating staff who made traveling with young children easy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring downtown Indy. It was close to everything I needed to go to, including the vibrant Mass Ave area and the restaurant I had planned to dine at. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the valets who parked my car to the gentlemen who took care of my bags. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, and I enjoyed the pleasant view from my window. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided one of the best experiences I've had in this city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with easy access to everything in the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a Starbucks and Subway conveniently located on-site. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
