The entertainment team truly stood out; they energized the atmosphere with fun activities, and the servers like Misael and Eneroliza were attentive and friendly. I also loved the inviting pool and the beautiful beach that enhanced my overall experience.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, especially Mechy at the towel service and Maria from the entertainment team. They were friendly and always had a smile. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the beach was just steps away. We also enjoyed the hibachi at the Japanese restaurant, which was a fun experience.

The hotel facilities, like the beautiful pool area, were well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Plus, the entertainment staff, especially Roadrunner and Calizan, kept everyone engaged and having fun, whether young or old.

I found the hotel incredibly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly the cleaning ladies. I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the great location, which made it easy to explore the beach and nearby attractions. I loved dining at the three specialty restaurants, with the Mediterranean option being my favorite.
