The staff went above and beyond, even assisting us during a tricky situation when our car was blocked, ensuring we made it to our event on time. The parking was hassle-free thanks to the convenient baggage trolley and lifts, and I appreciated being within walking distance to the lake and numerous dining and shopping options.
