I absolutely loved the hotel's cleanliness and attentive staff. It was ideally positioned between the bustling Gran Via and the lively Plaza de Puerto Sol, making it super convenient to explore main tourist attractions. The breakfast was surprisingly rich for a three-star establishment, and the room had all necessary amenities, including a clean bathroom and reliable air conditioning.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great shower that had strong water pressure.
