I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the extremely convenient location just steps from the conference venue. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. I also enjoyed having easy access to the light rail, which made exploring the area and getting to the airport a hassle-free experience.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a block from the convention center. Our room was clean and generously sized. The fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were useful. On-site laundry was a plus, though we didn't use it.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, thanks to its prime location near the Convention Center and light rail stop, making it easy to enjoy the Rose Festival Parade. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond, accommodating an early check-in and providing a complimentary upgrade.
