I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as it featured stunning Balinese decor and was exceptionally clean, which contributed to a relaxing vibe. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the start. I loved the breakfast selection, including local dishes, and the convenience of the location, which was near the city center and popular eateries.
