We loved the location of the hotel, as it was incredibly close to the main shopping areas and nestled among charming residential blocks. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making our stay feel special. We appreciated the clean and well-equipped room, which offered a lovely view of the nearby river. the onsite onsen provided the perfect relaxation after long days of exploring.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to help. The futons were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and I loved the spacious, clean tatami room with its lovely view of the nearby river. The kaiseki dinner was exquisite, and the Japanese breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to charming restaurants.
