We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, especially Mr Ahmed Mostafa, who was always ready to assist us. The dining experience was exceptional, particularly at Rihana restaurant, where the food was delicious and varied. The overall hotel facilities were impressive, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
