the staff was friendly and truly cared about our comfort. the location is fantastic, right next to a very convenient metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We felt safe and at ease the entire time.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel; the location was unbeatable, as it was conveniently situated near several subway stops and just a stone's throw from both Chinatown and Little Italy. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after exploring the lively surroundings.
