I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was right next door to the Staples Center where I was attending a concert. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the grand lobby that made a great first impression. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, from the valet to the housekeeping team. They even adjusted my room rate based on early check-in availability, which was a pleasant surprise. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lobby and comfortable seating outside. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal, right down the street from the convention center and in close proximity to all nearby attractions. We were able to easily explore downtown area, thanks to the convenient transportation options available. The breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant was the best, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We loved how close this hotel was to the Staples Center and all the great restaurants in the area. It made attending events at the Staples Center and exploring the local dining scene incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about the surrounding area. Additionally, breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious, even though it was a bit pricey.
