The cleanliness was exceptional, and the communal facilities were well-kept, making for a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, plus, the view of Mount Fuji from my room was simply breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals enjoyable, and I appreciated having ample storage space.
