I had a fantastic experience at the hotel because the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, helping me with reservations in Korean. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh sheets provided daily, and the facilities, like the spacious room and modern technology, made my stay very comfortable. I especially loved the strong shower and the cute armchair that added to the relaxed atmosphere.
