We loved the hotel's location by the river, surrounded by stunning mountains. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help. We enjoyed the included breakfast buffet with excellent selections.

I loved the location of the hotel, nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, which made for some fantastic walks. The staff members were friendly and attentive, particularly Miss Nakayama at reception, Clara in the restaurant, and Hide, who provided great hiking tips. The cleanliness of my room was exceptional, and I enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast each morning.
