the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke multiple languages. The room was spacious and clean, with amenities like a coffee maker and a fantastic bathroom. I also enjoyed the complimentary snack bar and the convenient location close to shopping and transportation options.

We had a splendid experience at the hotel, thanks to its prime location near Ginza center, making it easy to explore the area. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
