The location was perfect, as it was close to the ski slopes, shopping at the outlet plaza, and various dining options. Our room had a lovely view of the snow park, and the onsen experience was delightful for our family. We appreciated the convenient shuttle service when we needed it.

We loved the location of the hotel. It’s close to the outlet plaza and easy to walk to the station. The free shuttle was a great bonus. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The onsen was a nice touch, too, offering a relaxing escape after a day of exploring.
