The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained facilities that included both open-air and indoor onsens, allowing us to relax after long hikes. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering excellent service and helpful information, and the free shuttle to local highlights added convenience to our experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, especially after walking the Kumano Kodo. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities, and the outdoor onsen was delightful. The meals were generous and delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.
