I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, as the location was perfect for visiting the Royal Botanical Gardens and the nearby tube station made getting around central London easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was exceptionally clean with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable ambiance of the bar.
