Cleanliness and beautiful room design. Great hotel facilities and amenities. Convenient location close to Virginia Mason clinic, downtown, Tulio restaurant, and the 5th Avenue Theatre. Friendly and helpful staff

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful, and they provided us with credits to use at a nearby restaurant since the hotel's restaurant was closed. They also had a convenient pantry in the lobby where we could purchase food and beverage items. The daily happy hour was a great treat, allowing us to try different Washington State wines. The hotel was pet-friendly, which was perfect as we were traveling with our fur baby. The location was ideal, close to all major tourist attractions and within walking distance of public transit stations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The hotel even offered storage for our luggage, which was really helpful. a wonderful experience.
