The ambiance and decor immediately put me at ease. The staff, from the valet guys to the check-in desk, were welcoming and informative. The room had a stunning view of the harbor and was clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept like a baby. The breakfast menu was not overwhelming and the Lobster Benedict was a standout dish. The location on Shelter Island was peaceful, with easy access to everything. The small beach area and fires next to the pool were a wonderful addition. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spa, which was immaculate and had knowledgeable staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the adult pool area which was absolutely wonderful. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. I particularly want to mention the greatest hostess in the world, Jessica, who took care of my every need by the poolside. Her exceptional service made me feel like a valued guest. Lastly, the breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and I highly recommend trying their fish tacos, some of the best in this city.
