The staff were very friendly and multilingual, which made communication easy and pleasant. the hotel facilities were great; the pool was a favorite for the kids while I appreciated the relaxing spa area. The transportation to the slopes was so convenient, with a comfortable ski boot room just a short walk from the gondola.
