We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with housekeeping providing fresh towels and cleaning our room once during our 4-night stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with multiple pools to choose from and an excellent gym equipped with water and towels at every station. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful beach and stunning ocean views from the hotel. We also appreciated their responsiveness to complaints and their accommodation of our late check-out request.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff, from Joshua Castro at the front desk to Marie S Rivera at the Lsoft Restaurant, provided fabulous customer service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful infinity edge pool and a private beach. The location was perfect, close to several points of interest such as Old San Juan and nice trendy restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious and offered a great variety.

The facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-appointed room that had a beautiful view. The hotel's location in an exclusive area, with a nice beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, was perfect. The staff, especially the waiter Diego at the restaurant, were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit. this was one of the best hotels I've been to.
