The hotel has a great location, just a few blocks from the center. My room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the variety of options.

The location was ideal, being close to the main strip but still providing a quiet retreat. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring modern amenities like strong air conditioning and a decent shower. The rooftop platform offered stunning views of the volcano, making it a perfect spot to relax and admire the sunset.

The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and helping to arrange our tours. Breakfast was delightful, served at a lovely open-air restaurant where we even spotted colorful birds. The comfortable rooms with great AC and the rooftop area for sunset views were additional highlights!
