I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, as my room was spotless with fresh bedding and well-maintained facilities. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated between Cleveland and Akron, making it easy to access attractions and dining options. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the young man at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond.
