Clean rooms with a comfortable bed and a ceiling fan for a homely feel. The staff, especially Gladys, provided excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. The hotel accepts online package deliveries, which is convenient for international guests. The hotel is located close to BB & T Center, making it convenient for attending Panthers hockey games.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sunrise. The location was really good, just 5 minutes away from Sawgrass Mills Mall. The staff were amazing, especially Gladis from the reception desk. They were always polite and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean pool and 24/7 coffee available. The breakfast served was good, and there was a variety of options to choose from. I had a very convenient and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is located just 10 minutes away from Sawgrass Malls and other shopping outlets, making it a convenient location for shoppers. The inclusion of breakfast was a great addition, with a variety of options such as bagels, loaf breads, fruits, cereals. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided a luggage caddy to assist with bags. Additionally, there are laundry facilities available for a charge, which is a great convenience.
