The facilities were well-maintained, with a lovely pool overlooking the water, making it an ideal spot to relax after our daily excursions. the staff was friendly and quick to assist us with any questions, including getting us connected to Wi-Fi.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, as the views of the lake and volcano were absolutely stunning. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the apartment was spacious with a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The facilities were excellent, especially the three pools that overlooked the lake. I also appreciated that parking was readily available, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
