I absolutely loved the hotel's location, as it was right outside Chinatown and within walking distance to all the key spots I wanted to explore, making it perfect for a night out. The cleanliness of my room impressed me, as it was spotless and comfortable, allowing me to relax fully. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the Comedy Theatre and fantastic restaurants in Chinatown. Our room was clean and chic, with a stunning view. The staff were superb, especially Jarvis, who made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed the complimentary hour of drinks, which was a lovely touch.

The location was perfect, very close to trams and a variety of restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Our room was spotless, modern, and cozy. The complimentary Wi-Fi and evening drinks in the lobby were great touches!
