I loved the great location of the hotel, as it's very close to the metro station, making it easy to reach attractions and the airport. The cleanliness of my room and bathroom was impressive, and the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, promptly providing an umbrella when it was raining. The location was perfect, right by the Eaton Center and St Catherine's Street. The staff were friendly and well-trained, which made everything so much easier. The breakfast area was beautiful and the meals were tasty. My room was clean and comfortable, featuring a nice shower and bathtub.
