The location was fantastic, being just a 2-minute walk to the city’s shopping area and the Barbican, which made exploring easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Chris at breakfast, whose positive spirit made mornings brighter. The amenities, including the kettle in the room and the delightful toiletries, really added to our comfort.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, which was conveniently close to the city center and within a comfortable walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay, while the breakfast offered a delicious variety of choices that were worth every penny. the overall cleanliness of our room and the common areas made us feel right at home.
