The location was ideal, being right beside the Tower Hill tube station and close to the Tower of London. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety, catering to everyone's needs. The pool and spa facilities were a wonderful bonus to unwind after exploring.

We loved the fantastic location, being right next to the tube station and with stunning views of the Tower of London. The staff was incredibly friendly, and their hospitality made us feel welcome. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the swimming pool was a hit with our kids, ensuring plenty of fun during our stay. the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room contributed to a comfortable experience.
