We loved the kind and helpful staff, especially William Arce at the AFE Fire Congress. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel facilities were impressive, including the rooftop observation deck. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Mount Lemmon, bike paths, and beautiful parks.

We absolutely loved the stunning mountain views and peaceful atmosphere at this hotel. The pool area offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially towards our furry friend. We were pleased with the nice rooms and convenient free parking close to the entrance.

The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and helpful staff exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds blend seamlessly into the natural landscape with paths to explore, including a waterfall, trees, and a butterfly garden. The breakfast on the patio was a lovely start to the day. The staff, especially AJ at the front desk, provided excellent service.
