The staff were generally pleasant and helpful, particularly when I needed assistance organizing a wheelchair for our trip to the falls. Breakfast under the trees was delightful, and I loved the pool where kids could play, making it a perfect family-friendly environment.

We loved the great location of our lodge. It was amazing to have bushbucks and warthogs walk past us daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers convenient hourly shuttles into town, making it easy to explore various activities. Plus, the breakfast was varied and tasty.
