The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They held our luggage for us while we went hiking and even after check-out. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and close to the train station for Machu Picchu. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the fact that there was an elevator, especially when I was struggling with altitude sickness. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

The cleanliness was outstanding, with our room being spotless and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the elevator which was a blessing during our altitude sickness. The location was perfect, being close to the train station for Machu Picchu and also conveniently situated between treks. We loved the view from our room, overlooking the courtyard which had a beautiful restaurant and breakfast area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, with hot meals changing daily.

The staff were overly friendly and very helpful, always providing us with advice and accommodating our requests. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in this city. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as various plazas and Peruvian restaurants to explore. The hotel facilities were comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the whirlpool bathtub after long walks and hikes in the area. The breakfast options were great, with a simple breakfast available for our early morning hikes and a full buffet spread for regular breakfast hours. the staff and location were the best parts of our stay.
