We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we were upgraded to was a deluxe King with a fireplace, which was a great surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location just off of 16th Street Mall made it easy for us to explore the city, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful and comfortable room, as well as a restaurant and bar downstairs. The staff at the reception was polite, pleasant, and informative. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies at the reception, a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless and the facilities were great. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to amazing restaurants and shops along 16th Street Mall. The staff, especially Scott at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the valet staff, who were kind and professional. our room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We also liked that the hotel had a microwave and a nice couch in the room.

We loved the great location of this hotel, with easy access to transportation hubs and the 16th Street Mall. The room size was generous, and we enjoyed the free breakfast with hot food options. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a gym and a bar with an amazing bartender. The staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the free shuttle service for longer distances and the valet service for shorter trips. The views from the top floor were fantastic, and we found the rooms to be extremely comfortable and quiet. this hotel offered great value and convenience.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the heart of the city and free tram transportation just a block away.
