The staff were welcoming and always willing to help, making my experience even better. I appreciated the spacious room and the cleanliness, as everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The small kitchen was an added bonus, and the comfy bed allowed for a restful night’s sleep.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Kaitlyn and Kim, who went above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect for my needs, situated near the highway and close to a variety of restaurants, including a Cracker Barrel next door. The spacious room was clean, and I appreciated the kitchenette, even though I didn't end up using it.

The location is perfect, being close to downtown and not far from Pigeon Forge, which made it convenient for my plans. Having a kitchenette was a nice touch, even though I didn't use it, and the ample parking available was definitely a bonus during a busy weekend.

Located right by I-75, it provided easy access to downtown and the University of Tennessee campus. The friendly staff, especially the wonderful general manager, made us feel truly welcomed. Plus, the breakfast options, including tasty waffles, were a nice bonus!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just off the interstate and close to dining options like Cracker Barrel and Starbucks. The staff was amazing, especially Kim, who made me feel welcome. I loved having a private balcony with a beautiful view and a kitchenette, even though I didn't use it much.
