I had an outstanding experience at the hotel, and I truly appreciated the exceptional cleanliness and superb facilities. The staff went above and beyond, especially Javier Verdejo, the duty manager, who quickly arranged a suite change when we experienced an A/C issue, ensuring all our needs were met. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city center and local restaurants, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, setting a perfect start to each day.

The location was perfect, as we could easily explore nearby attractions like the vibrant souk and various museums, while still enjoying a peaceful retreat.
