We loved the great location of the hotel, as it was an easy walk to supermarkets, cafes, and quality restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and had a lovely water and city view, which made relaxing on the balcony a highlight of our trip.

The location is fantastic, being near Smith Street Mall and just a short walk from the waterfront precinct, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. Jessika, Hanna at the front desk, and Lorenzo in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, adding a personal touch to our experience. the breakfast spread was delightful and really set us up for the day.
