The parking was spacious and secure, plus the location next to the mall offered great shopping and dining options. The breakfast area was bright, and although the juice could be better, the rest was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially those who spoke Bulgarian.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our visit even more enjoyable. the hotel facilities, especially the spa, offered great relaxation after our daily activities.

I loved that the hotel was brand new and incredibly clean, making for a pleasant stay. The spacious room was beautifully designed and provided great comfort, while also being conveniently close to an outlet with plenty of stores. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options to start the day, and the free fruit basket in the room was a lovely touch.
