The hotel's location is perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and complimentary ski lockers. There are also nearby places to purchase or rent ski and snowboarding accessories. In addition, the hotel offers a day-care facility for young children, allowing parents to enjoy a day of skiing. There are plenty of dining options and entertainment venues within walking distance, including casinos. The hotel offers a variety of activities for non-skiers, as well as a range of shops for those who enjoy shopping. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the bed in the master bedroom is incredibly comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze and the hotel's location was perfect, just across from the Gondola. The hotel offered daily activities for kids, as well as different adult and family events every night. The pool and spa were nice, with the pool heated to 85% and the spa being around 95-100 degrees. The hotel also had BBQs available in the pool area, which was great for grilling some steaks. The room itself, a one-bedroom villa, was beautiful and well-equipped with a nice kitchen and a washer and dryer. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with an ideal jacuzzi tub.

We loved this hotel! The room was amazing, clean, and had a great layout. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and were kind and attentive. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Heavenly Village and close to everything. The pool area was fantastic, and we enjoyed the entertaining singer who also shared interesting Lake Tahoe history. The hotel provided a discount card and had a quiet hour posted at 9pm, which we really appreciated.
