Cleanliness - everything was spotless. Hotel facilities - loved the deck chairs by the creek. Location - close to everything, right down the street from Parkway, and we could walk to the stores. Staff - friendly and helpful. None.

The location was ideal, within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. We loved being by the creek with the mallards, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint motel. The management and staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including recently remodeled rooms with modern amenities like a fridge, microwave, and a small table with chairs. Although there were no coffee makers in the rooms, the office provided coffee and fresh fruit. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed taking a dip in the well-maintained swimming pool. The location of the motel was unbeatable, within a 5-minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all the shops and restaurants.

Additionally, the motel was situated by a peaceful creek, with deck chairs for guests to enjoy the serene setting.

The parking was convenient, with reserved spaces right in front of the rooms. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of everything in this city. It was so convenient to be able to explore Gatlinburg without having to worry about transportation. The staff was fantastic, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a great stay.
