We loved the friendly staff and their professionalism. The location is great, just a minute from the metro and close to the Mall of Emirates. The hotel facilities are impressive, featuring a spacious gym and a lovely pool.

The location was superb, right across from the metro station. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. I appreciated the cleanliness and good maintenance of the facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the gym was well-equipped.

The location was convenient, close to the metro station. The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful decor. The staff were very friendly, especially Omar at the Front Desk and Mr Ahmed, who made my arrival smooth. I appreciated being able to use the gym facilities to shower when I got there.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional. Our spacious room was well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Mashreq metro station and taxis were readily available at the door. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Miss Marium, who welcomed us with a warm smile. We also enjoyed the delicious Double Cheeseburger and pizzas from the hotel restaurant!
