I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the city center and the main shopping precinct, Rua Santa Catarina. This made it convenient for walking around and exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a large choice of delicious cooked and continental food.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, from bringing an ironing board to our room to arranging a birthday surprise for my friend. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk everywhere and easily access public transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to explore on foot. There are many restaurants and bars on Rua Passos Manuel, which is just a short 4-minute walk away. Additionally, it's very convenient to go down to the Duro river where there are plenty of restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room was lovely and cleaned every morning. I also enjoyed the great selection and quality of the breakfast options. The staff was helpful and offered recommendations for things to do and see in this city.
