The hotel had so many things to do, from the beautiful spa and pool to the luxurious rooms. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The staff, especially the concierge Shahnee, was exemplary. We also appreciated the security guards at the entry to the lobby, which made us feel safer. The free valet parking was a great perk.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Detroit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided us with recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. The complimentary valet parking was a great perk, and the fitness center was well-maintained. The hotel's location was excellent for attending events at a nearby arena. The facility itself was kept meticulously clean, and there were ample gaming options available. We highly recommend visiting the sweets shop, where the treats and drinks were absolutely delicious. The front desk experience was great, with fast check-in and a knowledgeable and caring staff member. The room was spacious and well-supplied, and housekeeping was always available and generous with their services. The dine-in restaurant offered tasty food that was quickly prepared. our experience at the hotel was outstanding.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the amazing shower. The staff, including the security, front desk, and valet, were all friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was also really good. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and parking were comparable to hotels we visited in Las Vegas. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to a MoGo bikeshare station and the casino.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in personnel were very polite and the bellman quickly helped us with our luggage. The king room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom that had separate enclosed spaces for the toilet and shower. The room had comfortable seating and great lighting with a dimmer. The location of the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to walk to the downtown area. We especially enjoyed the doormen and valet service, as they were excellent and always greeted us with a smile. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious.
