We had a fantastic time at this resort! The location right off Isla Mujeres was perfect for snorkeling, with clear waters and beautiful coral reefs accessible right from the beach. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the sunset and sunrise views from the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, with special mentions to Luis, Cancino, Hans, Gustavo, Alfredo. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and the constant effort by the staff to keep the public areas tidy. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff at the Ceviche restaurant, Miguel, and his colleague, provided fast and friendly service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with its own private beach and breathtaking views. We enjoyed the all-inclusive package deal, with varied and delicious food options. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the entertainment provided by Jesus was great. We loved the activities like paddleboarding and kayaking that were available. The room was beautifully designed with a balcony that offered stunning views. We didn't want to leave!
