We loved the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location right across Canterbury Rd, where a light rail stop to the city awaited us. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when one of us had an emergency; they graciously allowed a late checkout on New Year’s Eve, making a stressful situation easier to manage. We also appreciated the variety of eateries nearby and found the local coffee shop, Jack the Geezer, to be an excellent spot to grab a morning pick-me-up.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, enjoying its cleanliness and excellent location. The proximity to public transport made it super convenient for exploring nearby areas, and the free parking was a major plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze, while the room offered a cozy atmosphere with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and large TV.
