The hotel had an amazing location, just a short walk down to the waterfront. My room was on one of the upper floors, away from the elevators and had a great view facing the swimming pool area. The hotel staff were excellent and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with free yoga classes and a complimentary afternoon wine/champagne toast.

The location of this hotel was fantastic as it was convenient to everything in this city. We could easily walk to shopping, restaurants, bars, the harbor, and historic sites in Charleston. Additionally, the parking garage behind the hotel was a great feature, allowing us to easily access the hotel. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, from the positive and excellent attitude of the staff at the front desk to the helpfulness of the concierge. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which was well presented and ample in size.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, as we were able to walk everywhere in this city. It was situated in a convenient area for restaurants, shopping, and walks to the harbor. We were thrilled to find out that two of the best restaurants in town were just across the street from the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the garden, pool, and sitting areas, were lovely. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, sending us personalized congratulations on our anniversary and providing helpful recommendations for restaurants, tours, and directions. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, comfort, and staff friendliness.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff even had it ready early for me. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful lobby seating areas and a lovely patio and pool area. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all downtown areas, including the Battery Houses and some amazing restaurants like Poogan's Porch, Husk, and 82 Queen. It couldn't have been more convenient! The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.
